Tungsten carbide hardfacing of cutting edges can increase wear life of your equipment, reducing running costs by up to 50%. By welding hard, wear-resistant material to the surface of a component, hardfacing creates an extremely strong edge. Reinforced cutting edges will last around 4 times longer, dramatically reducing fitter time and machine downtime.
Choose between Hardox wear plate and premium-quality tungsten carbide, depending on your individual requirements. Our Hardox steel is European-made and the strongest quenched and tempered steel in the world, suited to many cutting edge applications.
